La Valpolcevera, per la sua stessa morfologia, costituisce una delle primarie vie di collegamento con il basso Piemonte ed ha avuto in questi anni un prevalente carattere produttivo.Ma negli ultimi anni, con la lenta scomparsa degli insediamenti industriali, non sostituiti da altre attività anche di più ridotte dimensioni, c’è stata una forte crisi sociale da cui si fa difficoltà ad uscire, lentamente il Municipio V della Valpocevera prova a rispondere alla necessità di ricostruzione di legami sociali con azioni di sostegno alla comunità.In questa direzione va l’azione del progetto ApPolcevera che vuole sostenere la diffusione, l’interesse e la consapevolezza delle informazioni tra i cittadini soprattutto tra la fascia giovane (ma non solo) delle opportunità presenti sul territorio che riguardano oggi (domani magari anche di più): luoghi culturali, sociali, ricreativi, spazi pubblici attrezzati, scolastici, sportivi, ludici, eco ambientali.Valpolcevera, by its very morphology, constitutes one of the main roads leading to the southern Piedmont and has had over the years a prevailing productive character.But in recent years, with the slow disappearance of the industrial location, not replaced by other even smaller business size, there was a strong social crisis from which it is difficult to leave, slowly Hall V of Valpocevera try to answer to need for reconstruction of social links with measures to support the community.In this direction it should be the action of ApPolcevera project that aims to support the dissemination, interest and information awareness among citizens, especially among the youngest group (but not only) of the opportunities in the area covering today (tomorrow maybe even more): cultural, social, recreational, public spaces equipped, school, sports, leisure, environmental eco.
